His expertise includes structuring and negotiating transactions involving the development, licensing, distribution or transfer of information technologies as well as biotechnology. Mr. Navon has represented companies in the software, network computing, semiconductor, Internet, healthcare and biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Strategic Law Partners, LLP, Mr. Navon practiced law at the Los Angeles office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Mr. Navon has also served as in-house counsel at Amgen Inc. and Quarterdeck Corporation. Mr. Navon received his JD from the University of Southern California in 1993.
