Gadi Navon is a partner at Strategic Law Partners, LLP (SLP). His practice focuses on counseling clients in the commercialization of their technologies and intellectual property assets. His expertise includes structuring and negotiating complex transactions involving the development, licensing, distribution, or transfer of technologies; negotiating commercial agreements and service agreements; advising on e-commerce and other Internet-related matters, including terms of use and privacy policies; counseling on IP protection strategies; and assisting in M&A transactions involving intellectual property assets.
Gadi has represented clients in the following industries: software, semiconductor, hardware, medical device, biotechnology, Internet, mobile and e-commerce, video game, industrial goods and materials and clean energy.
Prior to joining SLP, Gadi practiced law at the Los Angeles office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP. He has also served as in-house counsel at Amgen Inc. and Quarterdeck Corporation.
Gadi received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1993. He received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1990. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
Gadi served three years in the Israel Defense Forces and is fluent in Hebrew.
Gadi is a lecturer at the USC Gould School of Law.
