Mr. Ahmadi is a mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity specialist with more than fourteen years of experience advising investment funds, multinational companies, and start-ups across the U.S. and Asia. Previously he was senior counsel at O’Melveny and general counsel of Emerald Media, a joint private equity platform of The Chernin Group and KKR.
